Giveaway Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Dupe App Pre-Launch Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility: Open to individuals who (a) pre-install the Dupe app from the App Store or Google Play, and (b) create a valid account upon launch in November 2025. Must be 18+ years old and legally able to participate in crypto promotions in your jurisdiction.

2. How to Enter: No purchase necessary. Entry is automatic when you (i) pre-install the app, and (ii) successfully create an account after launch.

3. Prize: One (1) randomly selected eligible user will receive 1,000,000 $DUPE coins. Approximate value of $DUPE coins is subject to market conditions at the time of transfer. No cash substitution.

4. Selection & Announcement: The winner will be randomly selected and announced after the Dupe app reaches 100,000 downloads and the official launch is complete. Winner will be notified via their registered Dupe account email.

5. Claiming the Prize: The winner must have a valid, eligible crypto wallet address on the Solana blockchain to receive the prize within 30 days of notification. Failure to respond or provide a valid wallet address may result in forfeiture, and another winner may be selected.

6. General Conditions: Dupe reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify fraudulent entries, and modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if technical failures or unforeseen events impact integrity. Giveaway void where prohibited by law.

7. Limitation of Liability: Dupe is not responsible for technical issues, wallet errors, exchange restrictions, or losses due to market fluctuations. Participants assume all risks related to holding and transacting $DUPE.

8. Governing Law: This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
